Resumen
The Francisco José de Caldas District University and the Geographical Society maintain a framework agreement of institutional cooperation between the two parties, also, starting from the agreement signed between the Externado University of Colombia and the Geographic Society develops the project "Mapping of the dynamics of the implementation of the peace agreements ", seeking in this way to make a balance on the issue of the situation of land and environment, considering three scales to work: national, regional and subregional. Considering the above, conflicts associated with land, environment and other variables that were identified during the internship are identified and characterized in the Florida-Pradera-Buenaventura sub-region which is part of the department of Valle del Cauca in the Pacific Region of the country, these three municipalities being located within two Territorial Approach Development Programs (PDET), these being the Alto Patía PDET-North of Cauca and the Middle Pacific PDET.
