Abstract

The Technological Faculty at the Francisco José de Caldas District University has an Extension Unit in which project management processes and agreements are carried out, the information collected is stored manually, due to this several inconveniences are generated such as loss of information Among others, what is sought is with the implementation of an information system to transform manual processes into systematized processes. For this project, tools were used to perfectly adjust the needs, modules were implemented for its development that allowed the good performance of the system, one of the modules is for project management, this module is in charge of monitoring, progress and the total control of each project. The next module is the development and registration module, which allows us to record information and documents efficiently, organizing them optimally for each project. For the implementation of the application, the SCRUM methodology was used, because this methodology allows us to easily work in the development of the project, this application was developed through PHP programming with a framework called bootstrap, chosen so that the project contains ease in the maintenance and possible continuation in development. This project was implemented effectively, with high quality in what was proposed, and agreed in the gathering of requirements and development of the internship.
