Apoyo a la gestión ambiental de la Clínica Medical S.A.S

Abstract

Clínica Medical S.A.S. identifies the need to implement environmental management measures for the environmental impacts that arise during the development of its activities in the provision of health services to its patients. Similarly, Clínica Medical S.A.S in pursuit of the certification of its Environmental Management System under NTC:ISO 14001/2015 and in compliance with current legal requirements, formulates and implements several environmental programs. For the above, the present degree work aimed to support the environmental management of Clínica Medical S.A.S through the implementation of three methodological phases organized in the form of a Gantt chart as follows: phase I corresponded to Identification of opportunities for improvement and formulation of action plans, phase II to Support and execution of projects and, finally, phase III to Monitoring and evaluation. From this, the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of two strategies were carried out to support the environmental management of Clínica Medical S.A.S., which were framed in the institutional policies and guidelines, the PHVA cycle of the ISO 14001:2015 standard and in compliance with the parameters of the Environmental Management System and the principle of continuous improvement.
