Diseños de espacios modulares de almacenaje y oficinas administrativas auto sostenibles para campamentos de obra civil en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The project is developed under the foundation of being able to implement a civil work camp model in the city of Bogotá D.C, which in turn has the particularity of being a modular and environmentally friendly design. A complete structuring of the entire design procedure, an evaluation of the construction process and an evaluation of the implementation and operation of the prototypes will be proposed. With the above, a model is sought that works at the district level and that complies with all legal, technical and environmental regulations. The demand for the project will be directed towards companies that allow to implement this new concept in their projects, and that in turn wish to generate lower expenses in the implementation of a sustainable modular system, which is easy to transport and does not require additional expenses such as cargo or download, generate tax benefits, and have ease of purchase and storage. All this idea will be developed with the study and modeling of the foundations of the areas of knowledge that directly and indirectly affect the project.
