Propuesta para la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad en construcciones metálicas BQM S.A.S. basado en la norma ISO 9001

Abstract

This work was carried out in Construcciones metálicas BQM is a company located in the city of Bogota, dedicated to the manufacture of metal structures, currently has difficulties in production processes, it has been shown that when executing the activities are not performed correctly, this hinders compliance with established standards, low quality among other factors make the products offered are not very competitive with other brands. Since the company does not have an effective tool to guarantee the quality of its processes, where the non-conforming outputs are documented giving a detailed description of the non-conformity. For this, proposals were presented, which helped to solve the problem and also generated a culture of quality in the company's processes by documenting the traceability of the continuous improvement of its processes.
