Abstract

Through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), an option is presented to record, consolidate and represent areas of risk and vulnerability in both the safety and environmental aspects that are presented in the educational community that conforms The District School Villa Rica. Especially from the place of residence of the students, who are mostly located in UPZ 48, Timiza. Taking advantage of the advances of the technology will be used the tools "crowdsourcing" in a web platform for the collection of information, by the educational community of the school Villa Rica; For the generation, evaluation, analysis and comparison of risk areas, based on information from different sources, in order to determine matching patterns; That allow to define possible monitoring points; Once the previously mentioned activities are carried out, decision models will be implemented in a Geographic Information System.
