Resumen
In this work, we pretend to elaborate a methodological didactic proposal for the elaboration or reconstruction of the educative project for the Darío Echandía High School, that responds the needs of the comunity in terms of asimilation, apropiation and conceptualization of the aspects related with the managing áreas, its processes and components, for the consolidation of work equipe for the reconstruction of the proyect in the school. Through the cualitative methodology of investigation based on the design, we realize a process of analysis of the existing information of the Project from the institution, and an indagation about the appropriation that everyone of the members has about these aspects, as a point of begginning for the proposal to give an answer to the necesities of the school, like the colective construction of the Project. In this way, we realize the cheking of the information, through some surveys, applied to students, teachers and parents, and an interview to the Principal of the school, having as a result, different aspects to improve. The proposal “A travel in the quality zeppelin”, is a guide manual that contributes to the objective, according to an action route based on the Guide from Alcaldía de Medellín, resume into five moments: preparation, sensibilization, elaboration, consolidation, formalization and consolidation in a ludic way, the teachers can guide the process, to produce the reconstruction of the educative project, and contribute to the quality of education.
