Apoyo en los procesos licitatorios y en el desarrollo de proyectos con énfasis en el sistema de verificación preliminar de requisitos para oferentes del servicio de mantenimiento y operación de PTAR y PTAP para futura implementación de un software dirigido a las consultoras ambientales en la empresa R&R KNOWLEDGE, ENGINEERING & LAB S.A.S.

Abstract

The consulting firm R&R KNOWLEDGE, ENGINEERING & LAB S.A.S, through a multidisciplinary and qualified staff, offers environmental consulting services on various problems, but given the amount of work present in the development of projects around water resources and the participation of public and private tenders, the support of collaborators with the necessary knowledge for these lines that make up the company is essential. One of the problems is the delay in the bidding processes whose object of contract is similar to that of maintenance and operation of drinking and residual water treatment plants, since the time spent in the verification, construction and monitoring of the process is prolonged. In order to support two main areas of the company and implement the knowledge acquired in the sanitary engineering major, discharge permit activities, advertising guidelines, discharge characterization reports, quotation base lines in accordance with Res. 631 of 2015, review and construction of bidding processes, review of quotations, verification of resumes, updating of the various matrices, and the formulation of a project for the implementation of software that allows managing bidding processes more efficiently were among the activities carried out during the internship. With the formulation of the research project, the viability of the software was determined, with a proposed execution period of 3 months.
