The constant evolution of the plastics processing industry has driven the search for improvements in the efficiency, precision, and safety of production processes. In this context, the current project emerges as an innovative and strategic response to address these challenges. The project focuses on the complete automation of a polyethylene extrusion machine, representing a significant step forward in optimizing the manufacturing of plastic products. Polyethylene extrusion, as an essential method in the production of a wide variety of plastic products, has become a cornerstone of numerous industries. However, the inherent complexity of extrusion processes, coupled with the need to maintain high standards of quality, precision, and safety, has led to a demand for advanced technological solutions. This automation project aligns perfectly with this objective, aiming not only to increase efficiency but also to ensure product uniformity and process integrity.
