Resumen
On March 11 - 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus type 2 – SARS-CoV-2, which causes the coronavirus disease COVID-19, went from being an epidemic to a pandemic. The World Health Organization also says that the virus transmission depends on the amount of viral particles a person can spreads, the type of contact they have with other people, the environment, and infection prevention and control measures (World Health Organization, 2020). Due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 in Colombia Resolution 385 of 2020 was issued, declaring a health emergency and adopting measures to deal with the virus. Based on this and other regulations issued within the framework of this health emergency, the education sector has seen the need to overturn its activities to virtual media. However, given the virus evolution context, Occupational Health and Safety Management subsystems in the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas developed general protocols for prevention and protection against the COVID-19 virus in the framework of the activities carried out within the University facilities. According to University's processes, the Environment and Natural Resources Faculty (FAMARENA For its acronym in Spanish) has taken on the task of develop a specific and differentiated biosecurity protocol for the different areas of the FAMARENA facilities with the aim of guarantee the safe return to the classrooms and labs of the faculty.for the educational community With this purpose in mind, the internship was carried out with students from different careers of the FAMARENA to develop these protocols. The main results were a bibliographic review of regulations and documents issued nationally and worldwide, the characterization and capacity determination of the different areas of FAMARENA, and the proposal of class schedules, cleaning and disinfection schedules for the Environment and Natural Resources Faculty with their respective annexes.
