Abstract

The design of the general health and safety at work (SG-SST) program for the company VIDRIOS Y ALUMINIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS EL CAMPÍN focused on the consistent and precise evaluation of the control measures used in the company for the minimization of Risks, hazards and occupational diseases produced by physical and mental actions when carrying out a task, the most important measure used in the design of the programs and subprograms was based on the guidelines indicated in the guide (GTC) Colombian technique number 45 that replaces the old risk scenario, and next to this in the matrix of risks and hazards that was developed for the company. The problems encountered in the company, with level of risk I have a direct relationship with the routine activities, Physical Load ergonomic, noise, vibrations, and the management of the machinery, these factors were analyzed in a punctual way to give practical solutions in the company , This according to the values set by the risk matrices developed in the areas of the company; In addition to this, the program of preventive medicine and industrial safety was designed with activities planned for the execution by the company with a schedule ordered to be carried out annually by VIDRIOS Y ALUMINIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS EL CAMPÍN, the Emergency plan is another program that was designed to improve health systems and verify, address and mitigate all risks found in the organization According to the development of the risk matrices the hazards that occur with greater frequency and level of danger, we have the standing position standing by the activities of cutting and assembly of materials, continuous noise by the cutting activity, the compressor, The copier and hand tools how drill, vibration produced by rotary hand tools, such as hammer, drill, sanders, saw, hammer, polisher; Hazards related to moving points or moving parts of the machines used in the manufacture of the products in the company were also found; In the administrative section the tasks carried out that present greater danger are the fingering which affects the carpal tunnel and in terms of safety the electrical connections which by bad location can cause discharges on the individual causing serious injuries.
