Abstract

Today backwardness in terms of road infrastructure in the city of Bogotá is evident, compared with other Latin American capitals that considered large cities for its infrastructure, the road network, and considering that the fleet has increased in the city in recent years; which is why the capital urges progress and renewal throughout its road network so it can be competitive with the big cities in the world; misuse, corruption, lack of civic culture, are other factors that contribute to this dream not show progress.
