Resumen
The Territorial Observatory of the District University (OTUD) for the city of Bogotá is a project created by the Research Group in Public Management, Appraisals and Urban Planning (GIGA), in 2013 a pilot plan was carried out for the first time for the town of Suba, however, a study on horizontal property was not included, this type of legal regime has grown significantly in this locality, for this reason the research group advanced a study on this type of property with the ultimate goal of obtaining value of the integral square meter of the City of Bogotá in the town of Suba for land under this regime.

El Observatorio Territorial de la Universidad Distrital (OTUD) para la ciudad de Bogotá es un proyecto creado por el Grupo de Investigación en Gestión Pública, Avalúos y urbanismo (GIGA), en el 2013 se realizó un plan piloto por primera vez para la localidad de Suba, sin embargo no se incluyó un estudio sobre propiedad horizontal, este tipo de régimen jurídico ha crecido de forma relevante en esta localidad, por esta razón el grupo de investigación adelanto un estudio sobre este tipo de propiedad con el fin último de obtener el valor del metro cuadrado integral de la Ciudad de Bogotá en la localidad de Suba para predios bajo este régimen.
