Resumen
This document provides a creative, critical and reflective look at the teaching and learning processes, focused on the need to enhance communication skills through art. Thus, the characterization, substantiation, implementation and evaluation of the phenomenon addressed in the framework of the Formative Practice of the Language, Creation and Communication line of study, whose implementation took place in IED Carlos Arturo Torres headquarters "A", in the neighborhood Las Delicias, locality 8: Kennedy in Bogotá -Colombia; in the Primary School in the morning, with grade 501, made up of boys and girls aged between 10 and 13 years, being the "Storytellers" who became the subject - object of research. The starting point was the question of how to strengthen the processes of writing and orality in the above mentioned context with the pedagogical excuse of School Storytelling, crossed by the art of creating and telling life stories, being the axis of the Classroom Pedagogical Project. Likewise, it reflects the understanding of the school phenomenon studied, evidencing the possibilities of generating experiences enriched by creation and expression, where pedagogical mediation was key in the cultivation of learning environments, emphasizing the transformation of practices in the research/pedagogical field, reaffirming the importance of the dialogic encounter between theory and practice, necessary for reflection in action.
