Análisis de los documentos de patentes en el sector de las TIC que se sirvan de insumo para la toma de decisiones en Colombia

Resumen
In collaboration with the Colombian Observatory of Science and Technology (OCyT), the analysis of patent documents pertaining to the ICT sector and extracted from the patent bank of the SIC, filed between 2010 and 2018, was proposed. With the help of different bibliographic sources consulted, tools and programs were built for the homogenization and counting of attributes in the records collected, indicators were also formulated and calculated for the applications collected, and thus build a descriptive and qualitative analysis that allowed identifying trends with respect to applicant inventors and future trajectories of patents in the ICT sector both Colombian and foreign.

En colaboración con el Observatorio colombiano de Ciencia y Tecnología (OCyT) se planteó realizar el análisis de documentos de las patentes pertenecientes al sector TIC y extraídos del banco de patentes de la SIC, presentados entre 2010 y 2018. Con ayuda de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas consultadas, se construyeron herramientas y programas para la homogenización y el conteo de los atributos en los registros recopilados, también se formularon y calcularon indicadores para las solicitudes recopiladas, y así construir un análisis descriptivo y cualitativo que permitió identificar tendencias con respecto a Inventores solicitantes y trayectorias a futuro de patentes del sector TIC tanto colombianas como extranjeras.
