Abstract

It highlights the importance of building an inclusive, respectful and collaborative school environment, where caring is a universal value and is not linked to traditional gender roles. The school serves a diverse population and promotes the development of autonomy and values. The document justifies the need to encourage care practices to improve coexistence, emotional well-being, and academic performance. It argues that care should be a collective responsibility, involving students, teachers, and families, and proposes pedagogical activities that challenge gender mandates and promote shared responsibility. The approach is based on an intersectional perspective, recognizing and valuing sexual diversity, gender, and other identities. Theoretically, care is understood as a universal right and an essential practice for a dignified life, transcending the sexual division of labor. The text emphasizes the importance of creating safe spaces, promoting dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution, and transforming the classroom into a space of empathy and mutual respect, thus contributing to a more equitable and supportive school.
