Abstract: This report is intended to present the point of view concerning to the experience made in the Secretaria Distrital de Planeación which addresses sexual diversity and the Observatory of the public policy for the full guarantee of rights for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans genders and intersex and gender identities and sexual orientations in Bogota, in relation to the contribution that this experience has given to my professional training and how it unravels the contribution of the educational and pedagogical fields in which one can be an agent of change. For this case in specific the violence which are linked to the rejection to the identities of gender and sexual orientations which are not normative. In a first phase, I will introduce the importance of geo-referencing of where public policy LGBTI users are present in the city in order to achieve access and to know their various problems; in a second phase we will consider the relevance of the concept of social representations when analyzing sexual identities and gender and constructions that are in the social field environment to these; In the third phase, we take care of addressing a number of important issues in relation to the city as a backdrop that makes it possible to social interaction and construction of identity in urban spaces. Finally it is made a reflection which can be the contribution of the educational and pedagogical fields in which one can be an agent of change; for this specific situation the violence which are linked to the rejection of gender identities gender and sexual orientations which are not normative.
