Abstract

This work is a review monograph in which a bibliographic analysis is carried out regarding the risk factors that affect construction projects in both cost and time and the relationship that these have with the breakdown of risks structure (EDR), which is a tool that allows an analysis of the risks to which a project is exposed, organizing them by detailed levels according to the source or main category that originates or characterizes them. This tool uses the same hierarchical principle as the work breakdown structure (WBS). This work condenses information both at a national and international level regarding the subject of study, allowing a comparative analysis of the different risk factors found and the sources or main categories that frame them, taking into account the countries from which it was collected and analyzed
