Abstract

In chapter N°2, the objectives of the work are proposed whose purpose is to develop a practical methodological guide to carry out the indemnification assessment. Chapter N°3 reviews and consolidates the state of the art on the subject of the problem with reference to the context for natural earthquakes and for induced earthquakes. Chapter N°4 establishes the theoretical conceptual framework and the legal framework on which the research work is carried out. In chapter N°5 the conceptual analyzes are made and correspondence and equivalence relationships are established and formulated and tabulated for the purpose of elaborating the guide for the realization of the compensation assessment with evidence of calculation on real data in a sample of some municipalities and chapter N°6 presents the conclusions of the academic research exercise. It is important to highlight that this academic research work incorporated the seismic risk in its development, as an inherent and inexorable natural condition to the need to build housing for the welfare of human beings that can be precipitated in time as an induced earthquake. the context that was taken.
