This document presents an innovative business model based on the automation of data collection, analysis, and Business Intelligence of electronic product prices from the online marketplace Mercado Libre. Through the use of web scraping techniques, the aim is to facilitate strategic decision-making for microenterprises in the technology sector. It also seeks to optimize access to key information from the electronic market. The proposed strategy focuses on providing automated services for data extraction, transformation, and organization from the electronic marketplace, specifically targeting microenterprises in Colombia. This ensures efficient capture of information on price trends, product availability, and digital market behavior. Accordingly, the data analytics or business intelligence service to be offered to potential clients will support the transformative vision of small and medium-sized enterprises by enabling the identification and elimination of inefficiencies in business processes, as well as rapid adaptability to the market and its needs. The implementation of this business model makes it possible to provide a specialized e-commerce service that delivers quantitative and qualitative reports to support managerial decision-making. This specialized service for collecting and analyzing e-commerce data, combined with advanced data analytics tools, will provide valuable reports that strengthen decision-making processes in the electronic retail sector. The commercial and operational viability of the project is assessed, taking into account technological, regulatory, and financial aspects. This approach will make it possible to offer innovative solutions that enhance the competitiveness of microenterprises in the digital environment, providing accurate and up-to-date data for evidence-based strategic decision-making.
