Resumen
This work consists in the creation of hypermedia material to teach English in the Colombian context. The material has a contento whose objective attempts to contribute to the Colombian educational policies of bilinguism. Its objective is at the same time being a material that foster the cultural reflection and the identity of the children, young people and students of English as a foreign language, in order of to tend to the construction of a bilingual country. This work complements the teaching given in the regular lessons, adding the use of Internet to foster the seen contents in the syllabus.

Este trabajo consiste en la creación de material hipermedia para enseñar ingles en el contexto colombiano. El material tiene un contenido cuyo objetivo pretende aportar a las políticas educativas de bilingüismo colombianas. Su objetivo es asimismo el ser un material que aporte a la reflexión cultural y de identidad de los niños, jóvenes y estudiantes del idioma extranjero inglés, en virtud de propender con la construcción de un país bilingüe. Esta obra complementa la enseñanza brindada en los salones de clase regulares, añadiendo el uso de Internet para fortalecer los contenidos vistos en el plan de estudios.
