Propuesta del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la Cooperativa Uniminuto

Abstract

This paper develops a proposal against documentation Management System Safety and Health at Work for the Uniminuto Cooperative because of the growing need for all organizations to offer quality, safety and a better working environment for people thus promoting their integral development as human beings. According to the above diagnosis of the state of the Uniminuto Cooperative meet the requirements of Safety and Health at Work was carried out on the findings analyzed, possible risks affecting the personnel working in the organization were identified later they classified according to their type and were granted a level according to those with more damages to people and giving priority to those at greater risk and determining the controls that mitigate or eliminate.
