Abstract Viva la Escuela is a mega project launched by the Ministry of National Education (MEN), which seeks to reach as many rural schools as possible within the Colombian territory, using the strategies of learning communities oriented on dialogic learning methods. based on discussion, strengthening of reading and writing and focused learning groups or academic extension time, each rural school in the area had 3 volunteers who coordinated with the teacher responsible for the school, this program mobilized in the first semester of 2023 to nearly 600 volunteers to provide support in rural areas cleared by the conflict where the state had not been able to intervene until today, all this added to the academic lag left by the 2020 pandemic that increased the educational gap in the areas. rural areas of the country.
