Pasantía apoyo en la digitalización de la cartografía base y procesamiento del levantamiento aerofotogramétrico y topográfico para el diseño y licenciamiento ambiental del proyecto Parque Solar San Martín - El Paso, Cesar

Abstract

A photovoltaic plant is a power plant that converts solar energy into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The photovoltaic effect occurs when photons of light, upon impacting a certain material, displace an electron, which generates a direct current. A photovoltaic power plant basically consists of photovoltaic modules and an inverter. The photovoltaic panels are responsible for transforming solar radiation. In turn, the inverter converts the direct current into alternating current with characteristics similar to those of the electrical grid. In this type of solar system, all the electricity generated is fed into the electricity distribution network. This operation leads to a better performance of the installation because in this way all the energy generated is used (Planas, 2021). Non-conformities against the service provided by Electricaribe on the Caribbean Coast, especially in the towns of Cesar, continue to be the order of the day. Three days without energy service led the inhabitants of the town of Bohórquez, jurisdiction of Campo de la Cruz, to take over the eastern highway to prevent the passage of vehicles and, at the same time, to call the attention of the authorities. The result of the disturbances was one person killed and three more injured. The mayor of El Paso, Luis Alberto Murgas Pupo, assured that he fears that a similar protest will happen because the energy service provided by Electricaribe in his municipality and the corregimiento of La Loma is deficient. "We are making a call to Electricaribe because the power went out more than ten times in one day in the town of La Loma, and sometimes in El Paso, then the community is thinking of taking the roads and we can not allow it. From the Mayor's Office I call on Dr. Mónica Hoyos to intervene in the situation so that there are no new blackouts in the coming days". (Jiménez, 2014). The methodology will include mooring to coordinates of the Colombian National Geodetic Network using GNSS technology and aerial photogrammetric and topographic survey using RPA (Remotely Piloted Aircraft). All geographic information will be delivered based on the official reference system of Colombia (MAGNA-SIRGAS) and using as projection system the flat coordinates of Gauss Krüger, Unique National Origin (CTM12), reference epoch 2018.0.
