Implementación del plan de gestión integral de residuos sólidos (PGIRS) de la Contraloría de Bogotá

Abstract

The Bogota Comptroller's Office is a technical body, which is responsible for monitoring the fiscal management of the Capital District; in the field of environmental management, this entity appoints the administrative and financial management, the team related to the Institutional Plan for Environmental Management -PIGA- directs its efforts towards the achievement of its objectives and goals aimed at the prevention of pollution, the mitigation and /or correction of the negative environmental impacts and the strengthening of the positive impacts that are generated in the development of the products and daily activities of the entity. For this reason, the entity requested the support and supports some Technologists in Environmental Management and Public Services as an internship of the District University Francisco José de Caldas to implement the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS) of the Comptroller of Bogotá ; within the framework of the institutional environmental management processes guided by the PIGA (2016-2020) and comply with the document of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS).
