Resumen
This undergraduate thesis presents the development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) designed for the Systems Analysis course at the Faculty of Technology of Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The project addresses the lack of a platform to centralize, organize, and facilitate access to structured academic content, which hinders knowledge reuse and autonomous learning. The system allows both students and administrators to register, manage profiles, access a resource repository, receive notifications, and participate in validation processes. Rapid Literature Review, SCRUM, and TAM methodologies were applied for the design, development, and validation of the prototype. The implementation was carried out using free and open-source web technologies, ensuring technical, economic, and legal feasibility. Results show that the platform improves the availability and organization of content, fosters user interaction, and strengthens academic competencies in the subject.
