Resumen
The present document has two main purposes, the first one is oriented to make a reflection about Diego Montaña Cuellar IED teachers practice that is supported in two very important pedagogical streams. The first one is called “Dialogante Pedagogy and was developed by the Colombian pedagogue Julian de Zubiria, and the second one that is called “Dialogic” that was proposed by the Spanish pedagogue Ramon Flecha “from love to respect” the second one is focused on analizing with a reflexive and critic point of view the influence of this pedagogic task in the citizen´s ship construction´s process, opening new rodes in which the education will be a formative tool that is orented to the social transformation pointing to the democratic, incuding and participatory societies development where responsible, critic and proactive citizens can live together as a part of a better world.
