Abstract

In order to streamline administrative procedures and in order to make the environmental licensing procedure more diligent, the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development created the term of minor modifications or normal adjustments within the ordinary course of licensed activity (MM / WE GO). The objective of the practice was to produce an internal document that would serve as a guide for the professionals of the RASP Group regarding the attention to MM / GO requests from the sector according to current regulations; In the same way, we sought to obtain specific, ordered and systematic information about each of the MM / GO requests that have come to the entity and have been resolved by the Group during the period between February 1, 2017 and 2 April 2019.
