Modernización de instalaciones convencionales a un sistema BMS (Building Management System) para edificaciones de asistencia médica

Abstract

In this document, a study was developed to implement a centralized control in health care buildings, with the function of improving the use of resources and generating energy efficiency in the internal subsystems within a building, such as lighting, HVAC ( Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation), security systems, access control systems, fire detection, hydraulic systems among others. The document presents the results of the project, including the market study, generalities of the technical and administrative analysis, together with an addition to the environmental study, to justify the importance of using smart building management tools, such as, centralized systems BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) which are evidenced in greater detail in later chapters.
