Evaluación del crecimiento de Pleurotus Djamor a partir de Residuos Agroindustriales en el departamento de Cundinamarca

Resumen
Agroindustrial waste is made up of lignocellulosic material, providing carbon and food in the cultivation of mushrooms. They have the advantage of being economical, easy to access, and their use implies a positive impact on the environment, because many of the agroindustrial waste end up in landfills. generating leachate and greenhouse gases, the use of waste in mushroom cultivation has added value. In this context, the present work proposes to evaluate substrates based on agroindustrial waste from the department of Cundinamarca for the cultivation of the Pleurotus djamor fungus, through the formulation of treatments, obtaining information on that substrate that promotes greater growth, taking into account the environmental physicochemical aspects required by the species, for this, cape gooseberry capacho was used, which obtained the best percentage of biological efficiency with 75.53%, maintaining quantity and physical quality of the carpophores, in addition it obtained the best production rate (TP) in a 42 day growing cycle. The treatment with rice husk obtained the lowest percentage of biological efficiency with 32.21%, which indicates that it is not an optimal residue in the production of P, djamor on a large scale. The cob husk was also evaluated, obtaining 47.59% biological efficiency, indicating that it is a non-profitable waste on a large scale in the production of P. djamor, finally the control substrate, sugarcane bagasse, obtained a value greater than 50%, indicating that it is an acceptable substrate in production. of P. djamor, however, obtained a lower value with 63.35% compared to the value obtained by the cape gooseberry, demonstrating that this is the best substrate for the production of P,djamor, in addition the study demonstrates the importance of evaluating different substrates, since not all have the same chemical composition and the same nutritional requirements, directly affecting the efficiency, production and growth of the fungus in its culture.
