Adaptación, análisis y propuesta interpretativa de Fantasía en 6/8 y Sierra de la Macarena para contrabajo solista y piano acompañante

Abstract

This senior project has as a result the creation of two colombian arrangements for soloist double bass and accompaniment piano, in this case we explain the bambuco and pasaje llanero contextual elements as musical genres, the piece authors biography, their influences and why this pieces where chosen for this project with the purpose to study the pieces and to have a detail criterion for the arrangements and the interpretive proposal, we made the analysis of the harmony, melody, rhythm, musical form and the sections descriptions of each piece, also, the elaboration of the sheet music for soloist double bass and accompaniment piano, We hope that this senior project helps for the futures musicians that will be interested in the interpretation of this musical genres.
