Abstract

The present project allows a new point of view for the analysis and diagnosis of SMEs, as well as a basis for supporting and improving productivity and competitiveness levels in productive organizations, constituting a new approach to management and business decision making. For this, a comprehensive diagnostic model for SMEs is designed and developed which facilitates decision making and the subsequent improvement of the Environment and Quality of the company. This diagnostic system allows the execution of an organizational learning process, i.e., the company continuously and systematically embarks on a process to get the most out of their experiences by learning from them, specifically focused on the functional area of ​​Environment and Quality, serving as an input to specific training for SMEs in short-term issues, in a way that mitigates the problems defined in the diagnoses carried out systematically with the result of this research.
