Abstract

The R&R Knowledge, Engineering and Laboratory S.A.S company is a consulting firm specialized in the bidding area, which provides services in different environmental areas such as water, waste and knowledge sectors. The organization's functions are oriented to public and private contracting processes, in electronically system, with modalities such as: public bidding, direct contracting, merit contest, abbreviated selection, minimum amount and reverse auction. In this area, the environmental manager develops the ability to identify the feasibility of a project, support the preparation of bid proposals, update the database and monitor suppliers and customers. The organization's positioning in market is oriented towards activities that generate strategic allies, suppliers and international cooperation, in order to obtain financial leverage in innovation projects carried out in the company. In addition, it generate the possibility of making service quotes and set them temporary unions to make proposals for larger bidding projects.
