Resumen
According to the results obtained in the diagnosis developed in CONPES 3547. Retailers companies in Colombia have spread in the form of displaying the information generated and processed for compliance with the established goals, it affects the control of internal processes in its distribution centers, since different areas can not perform a full traceability of the activities that make up their processes.
According to the above and for decision-making in business, it do not have clear information in real time to assess the activities and processes, as unable to identify the error immediately, there may be taken generating corrective actions that the process has a negative impact on business productivity affecting compliance with the goals and mission of the company.
In response to this problem it has been thought to improve the level of service using traceability tools in the company.
