Resumen
The present research work focused on the analysis of the regulatory component for the execution of generation projects with Solar Photovoltaic Systems SSFV, within the exploration process, the respective reading was made of the inter-administrative contract FAZNI GCC 616 of 2017 to analyze the legislative components that gave way to the execution of the project, a compilation of information related to the regulatory framework for the ZNI and for SSFV was carried out, a search and research system was built in international regulatory architectures and Chile and Mexico were taken as case studies and makes a comparison regarding regulatory environments. The main purpose of the work was to characterize the lesson learned applied to the investment projects with Solar Photovoltaic Systems SSFV developed in non-interconnected Zones in the Guainía area, this within the framework of the special cooperation agreement No. 078-2017 between the UD and the IPSE. The process consisted of determining the stages for the construction of lessons learned, an evaluation of the research techniques, later a documentary repository was established obtained from the search systems for the regulatory frameworks, and from the interview. Starting from the collected information, the methodology for the construction of the characterization model of the lesson learned was formed, based on a qualitative analysis and with a descriptive scope. Finally, the resulting lessons learned are recorded and the conclusions obtained during the development and construction of the process are recorded, taking the most representative elements from the investigation.
