Abstract

Integrated Management Systems are a tool that makes it possible to unite the different systems of a company into one, thus facilitating the optimization of available resources, cost reduction, process efficiency and, in the long term, the generation of competitive advantages. which, in turn, guarantee compliance with international standards, benefiting the positioning of companies before all interested parties. In this context, the development of this project aimed to update the integrated management system of the company GEMAR S.A.S, dedicated to the provision of engineering services, risk management, environment, and quality, under the standards of ISO standards. 90001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018; To achieve the purpose, four phases were defined: Diagnosis, Improvement Plan, Update and Audit Plan.
