Método de actualización de la tasa compensatoria por aprovechamiento forestal maderable en bosques naturales de Colombia

Abstract

The following degree work in the mode of monograph analysis of experiences, explain together logically and general, the experience of the process of updating the economic instrument: compensatory rate by timber logging in natural forests of Colombia, realized by the “Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible” with the participation of the “Instituto de Investigaciones Ambientales del Pacifico”, through the administrative agreement 271 of 2015; has a purpose of have mathematical expression that is the basis for collect of economic instrument that should be feasible technically and legally, to be viable updating, and adoption through an administrative. This degree work, then gathers the methodology used for the upgrade process and gather information which the technical team of the agreement made use for the construction of the proposed mathematical expression, as well as extra analysis that can be from the academic side contribute to building a robust economic instrument simple application and meets the purpose for which it was created that is maintaining the renewability of timber forest resources and sustainable development.
