Abstract

This work seeks to improve the monitoring and follow-up of the NISSAN Mobile Showcase project through the design of a tool that allows making decisions in an agile and safe way considering the information that will be presented through a series of management indicators that are intended to represent graph the behavior generated by the loan of the vehicle. The presentation of this information begins with the organization of the data that is generated before during and after the loan, said organization is based on the classification of the data depending on the relationship they have between them. This relationship is evident when different variables are combined to generate management indicators that present relevant information for decision-making.
