Observatorio de competencias digitales para ciudadanos

Abstract

The technological revolution has transformed our lives and generated a growing need for digital skills, promoting inclusion and equity. In this context, the degree project proposes an observatory of digital skills for citizens, focused on measuring and improving these skills. To this end, an exhaustive study of the state of the art in digital skills is carried out, identifying best practices and methodologies. The design of the observatory is based on an investigation of existing web observatories, resulting in a model with common modules and operations. The observatory prototype is developed with a LAMP architecture, offering efficiency in user and data management. The document is structured in three parts: preliminary project, project development and annexes, addressing everything from problem identification to project validation with the TAM methodology.
