dc.description	El presente documento, surge a partir de la necesidad del cumplir con los requisitos legales establecidos en el país en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, diseñando un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud, específico para la actividad económica de la empresa, en el cual se evaluaron riesgos principalmente de tipo biomecánico y psicosocial, a través de un diagnostico preliminar y la elaboración de una matriz de valoración de riesgos y peligros. El objetivo es que, a final del diseño, la Gerencia logre la implementación del Sistema, garantizando una cultura de auto cuidado en la organización.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This document arises from the need to comply with the legal requirements established in the country in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, designing a Management System in Health and Safety, specific to the economic activity of the company, in Which evaluated risks mainly biomechanical and psychosocial, through a preliminary diagnosis and the development of a risk and risk assessment matrix. The objective is that, at the end of the design, the Management will achieve the implementation of the System, guaranteeing a culture of self-care in the organization.	spa
