Work Master’s degree in Pedagogy of Mother Language. Research proposal is qualitative and develops in a District Educational Institution Afternoon (Location 19, Bogota – Colombia) Day . With research is to identify, study and teaching mobilize conceptions of teaching writing in Basic Primary. Therefore, it is used to contrast the teaching discourse with the pedagogical action to identify, at first the predominant teaching concepts in teaching writing. Then, we propose and implement an intervention proposal that promotes teacher training from which demonstrations are evidenced in conceptions about the teaching of writing. The study conducted at the institution, showed essential information to understand from what conceptions orient their speech and do in the classroom when it comes to writing, revealing grammatical concepts, theoreticians and transmissionist in teaching the written language. The research exercise, highlights the need for teacher qualifications in the teaching of writing from various areas of knowledge, therefore, a constant training that will contribute in addition to theory, new strategies to develop written work in the classroom is necessary. In researching the importance of using the workshop as a pedagogical strategy that promotes teacher training was observed, and execution mobilization epistemological concepts (teaching speech), educational (do in the classroom) and educational (strategies) related it is achieved the procedural development of writing.
