Abstract

This research work responds to the academic and scientific purposes of the Master in Interdisciplinary Social Research of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. In addition, the objective of the need to inquire from a critical social view, the results obtained in the community training processes, Therefore, the research was developed with ASOVEG CINJUDESCO "Neighborhood Association of San Pablo - Child and Youth Center for Community Development. " In the same way, this research had its development of the chapters: 1) the collective reconstruction of the history of the organization as a means of social recovery of memory and as a criterion to maintain the sense of social work over time. 2) the analysis of the subjective transformations of young people as a product of the community training processes, of the organization mentioned.
