Resumen
The boom in the industries currently consists in the reduction of costs in the production processes. One of the main factors that influence a production process is the maintenance area where unexpected stops, or premature changes of spare parts generate cost overruns in the product to be manufactured. The present project seeks to generate the migration from a preventive maintenance to a redictive one in the Kellogg plant of Colombia where currently the change of spare parts is carried out without an adequate technical analysis to prolong the useful life of the spare parts and achieve that it reaches its maximum maximum durability and thus generate savings in terms of the change of spare parts, scheduled stoppages and unscheduled stoppages and for this, support us in an analysis of the cost / benefit that you can achieve by carrying out this change. In this project, analysis and data collection devices will be used as vibration collector, which will be used in the engines of each selected pilot equipment, the use of other tools such as the thermal imager, pulley aligner and theoretical maintenance techniques is also suggested. that when put into practice they can generate a great change in terms of organization and control in the field of production as in the administrative. This analysis will allow us to show the real damages of some components of the chosen types, thus allowing us to propose an action plan that will allow us to develop a predictive plan and at the same time reduce maintenance costs / Kg produced, maximize the useful life of spare parts, reduce machine intervention times, therefore more time available for production, implement a new technology in terms of maintenance for the company, improve the reliability of plant equipment, reducing maintenance downtime and generating reliability in the process.
