Prototipo de sistema experto para el diagnóstico de la pyme enfocado al área funcional de técnica y producción

Abstract

This project is the result of the research work carried out in the research group Experts Systems and Simulation (SES) of the Universidad Distrital FJC. Following is the development of the first phase of the Expert System Research Project for the diagnosis of SMEs, whose main objective is the identification of the problems of the SMEs focused in the functional area of Technique and production for the construction of the Knowledge base required. The main problems presented by SMEs were found through the bibliographical review of experts (scientific articles, books, guides and regulations). Subsequently, a questionnaire is developed for employers to collect information on the state of the SME (input data), including diagnostic and validation questions. From which, it is possible to represent the transition of questions and knowledge, with a tree. Tool that facilitates the design of rules for the identification of symptoms suffered from the analysis of possible responses and seek to propose possible solutions treatments. Finally, a simple prototype is developed to validate the consistency of the answers in Excel.
