Abstract

This degree work as an intern was performed with the objective of providing an administrative tool to area sports weekly foundation voice during this process an administrative diagnosis of the area was conducted , there 's shortcomings were evident in terms of processes and roles administration against it. The student of Sports Administration played an important role in the design of an internal control plan based on the MECI ( Standard Model of Internal Control) standard , promoting the achievement of the goals and objectives of the area of sports and fulfilling work organization same . At the end of this process is left to the decision of the organization implementing the plan , the relevant administrative recommendations and a new organizational chart linking this area with the highest performance within the weekly voice left .
