This document reveals the process carried out in the internship carried out at the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare with the purpose of supporting the pedagogical component and generating contributions in the community modality of this institution. Thus, the objective was to strengthen the pedagogical practices of educational agents through workshops, pedagogical interventions and visits, which provide conceptual and theoretical elements regarding the pillars of initial education and child development, in order to redefine educational experiences. that are offered to boys and girls; In this sense, in order to fulfill it, actions were developed in three pillars: technical assistance, planning and pedagogical action in HI and HCB and the setting up of a space for the CZ.
