Abstract

Needzaio is a company dedicated to providing technological solutions through the use of optimized processes and innovation products built through programming and software development, by being involved in the technologic world is forced to work with an agile methodology that helps to manage and delegate tasks of different kinds to each of the members of the work team, based on this idea, the main methodology applied in the Needzaio company is Scrum, a framework where different processes and techniques are used for the management and improvement of a product, team and work environment. Scrum works through iterations (short periods of time) where the tasks related to a project are defined, assigned and executed according to the requirements requested by a client, for this reason and trying to achieve agile and fast results, Needzaio as a company inclined to innovative technologies decides to use the scrum framework and apply it in the development of its products, to do this, the scrum master (person in charge of a team that implements the scrum framework) decides to use a spreadsheet to implement the methodology, noting in it the monitoring and information of each task assigned in the work team, although initially this implementation was quick and easy, in the long term it became an impractical tool with inefficient traceability, zero interactivity between team members, and little feedback regarding productivity and team performance. Consequently, it is decided to create a web platform that serves as a tool based on and in favor of the scrum methodology, where the planning, assignment and execution of different tasks are reflected in a simple and interactive way, a tool with which a better management of the work team is applied and that contains a general summary of the performance and performance in the company.
