Resumen
Thanks to the planning and territorial organization, it is possible to be certain that services, raw materials, topography, roads, natural resources, among other factors, are present in a given sector of any territorial entity of the country, however small it may be. The potential of the territory can be developed. Likewise, these policies provide us with an efficient tool for the implementation of the different mechanisms that allow us to go hand in hand for the development of the municipality, in the most appropriate way, both for the well-being of the community and the territory. In the municipality of Guasca, the updating of the nomenclatura vial and Predial or domiciliary was carried out, for two sectors of study which correspond to the neighborhood la Giralda and neighborhood San Juan Bosco Stage I; This is due to the fact that the accelerated growth of the municipality in the last decade requires that the nomenclature of the municipality be kept up-to-date and coherent as well, since if it is not carried out in a timely manner, it can generate inconveniences in the development and operation of the urban center. Therefore, it is important to highlight the importance of having an updated household nomenclature, since it is possible to witness impasses such as the delivery of correspondence in a wrong way, or the non-delivery of billing of public home services, which must contain within their Requirements, the name of the subscriber and the physical address of the same, as required by decree 1842 of 1991, and such nomenclature must be recognized by a nomenclature plate, placed on the access door of the property. This project carried out an analysis, diagnosis and updating of the road and home nomenclature of the districts mentioned above, which correspond to 226 buildings distributed in 13 blocks, for which a new nomenclature of 87.5% of the buildings was defined based on selection criteria Such as transitivity, connectivity, economic and social impact, as well as the verification of buildings that are out of date before the Municipal Planning Secretariat, not only in its direction but also in its property characteristics, that is, changes In the use of real estate and even processes of encompassing and disengaging, which will generate a more precise targeting of municipal resources, improving the quality of life of residents in the case study sectors and later of the entire municipality.
