Abstract

This paper assesses the sustainability and make consideration weaknesses and threats of an Aqueduct Veredal Cárcamos II front National Policies, It is evaluated according to the methodology of Nora Cadavid, who proposes an evaluation based on the individual performance of each element that makes up the drinking water and in the study of external variables diagnosis. For this, he attended the JAC of Vereda Rodamontal and public institutions as CAR, Municipality, Government among others, that somehow involved or associated with handling, operation and provision of potable wáter, in which their perceptions and interest on prior and current management of the respective Aqueduct are made. Strategic tools were used for the three stages of the methodology: diagnostic, analytical and formulative; from these stages progress the development of guidelines given to generate improvements associated with actions in the operation and management of the aqueduct.
