Resumen
The challenges presented by a global economy such as the volatility in the price of raw materials (commodities), the social services of education and health, the increasingly frequent emergence of emerging situations such as natural phenomena or the product of human decisions, have as their Consequently, the allocation of increasingly limited national resources for the supply chains of the Colombian National Army compared to the needs, challenges and requirements presented by the force in a field of regular and irregular confrontation such as that faced by Colombian soldiers. . In response, this study aims to propose an optimization model for the conventional supply chain of the National Army, specifically the supply chain of quartermaster material (uniform No. 1: camouflaged), which involves the implementation of new technologies in information, communications and production. or "Information, Communication, and Production Technologies" (ICPT), this convergence is called by academic literature as the intelligent supply chain or "Smart Supply Chain Network" (SSCN). The model (s) will be designed based on the characterization of the supply chain of camouflages manufactured in the production plant of the Las Juanas battalion of the Colombian National Army, located in the city of Bogotá D.C. and whose distribution is aimed at meeting the needs at the national level of this fundamental resource for the exercise and constitutional compliance. The stages of evaluation and validation of the models will be implemented from computational experiments and sensitivity analysis.
